My Approach To Treatment

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that honors the complexity of each individual’s mental health journey. I recognize that conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma affect each person differently, and that seeking help can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported and empowered throughout your process of healing.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare and a holistic approach to mental wellness, I understand that emotional, physical, and social factors all contribute to overall well-being. I also provide support to individuals already working with a therapist, offering medication management that complements ongoing care. Taking the first step, especially with a new provider, can be challenging. I am committed to making this process as comfortable and collaborative as possible. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and empowers you to live your fullest life with the care, understanding, and support you deserve.

Our work begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your history, needs, and goals. From there, we collaborate on a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, brief psychotherapy, and lifestyle guidance tailored to your unique situation.
