The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) provides coverage for workers who experience job-related injuries or mental health conditions. Our clinicians are experienced L&I-approved providers who understand the unique challenges of recovering from occupational stress, trauma, and injury—especially among first responders, healthcare professionals, and other high-stress occupations.

We offer comprehensive mental health treatment for L&I claims, including:

Start the L&I claim process for approved work-related mental health concerns
Psychological evaluation and treatment planning
Individual therapy for work-related trauma, anxiety, and depression
Evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Medication management for symptom stabilization and mood support
Collaboration with claim managers, vocational counselors, and medical providers to support recovery and return to work
